By installing, activating, or using WyvernPress ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.

2. Description of Service

WyvernPress is a WordPress plugin that provides AI-powered CSS styling for Gutenberg blocks. The service includes:

  • Pattern Library for instant CSS styling
  • AI-powered CSS generation (requires API key or Premium subscription)
  • Gutenberg editor integration
  • CSS preview and application tools

3. License

WyvernPress is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). This means:

  • You may use, modify, and distribute the Plugin freely
  • Any modifications must also be released under GPL-3.0
  • The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty

4. Free Tier

The free version of WyvernPress includes:

  • Unlimited Pattern Library access
  • 20 AI styling requests per day (requires your own API key)
  • Community support via WordPress.org forums

The free tier is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

5. Premium Tier

The Premium subscription includes:

  • Unlimited AI styling requests
  • Access to premium AI models
  • Priority email support
  • Additional features as released

Payment and Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed annually
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Plugin for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Share Premium license keys with unauthorized parties
  • Reverse engineer the Plugin's AI integration
  • Use the Plugin to generate malicious CSS or code

7. API Usage

AI features require integration with third-party API providers (e.g., OpenRouter). You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and securing your own API keys
  • Any costs associated with API usage
  • Compliance with the API provider's terms of service

8. Intellectual Property

  • CSS generated by the Plugin is yours to use freely
  • The WyvernPress name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
  • Pattern Library contents are licensed under GPL-3.0

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Generated CSS will work in all browsers
  • AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
