When using the free version of WyvernPress:

  • No personal data is collected - The plugin operates entirely within your WordPress installation
  • No tracking - We do not track your usage, pages, or styling choices
  • No analytics - We do not embed any analytics or tracking scripts
  • Pattern Library - Pattern matching happens locally on your server

AI Styling Requests

When you use AI-powered styling (requires API key):

  • Styling prompts - Your text descriptions are sent to the AI provider (OpenRouter)
  • No content data - We never send your page content, only styling instructions
  • API keys - Stored locally in your WordPress database, never transmitted to us

Premium Tier

If you upgrade to Premium:

  • License validation - Your site URL and license key are verified with our server
  • Email address - Required for purchase and support
  • Usage statistics - Anonymized request counts for rate limiting

Data We Don't Collect

  • Your WordPress content or posts
  • Personal information about your site visitors
  • Passwords or sensitive credentials
  • Browser fingerprints or device identifiers

Third-Party Services

WyvernPress integrates with:

Data Storage

  • All plugin settings are stored in your WordPress database
  • CSS styles are saved as block attributes in your content
  • Cached patterns are stored using WordPress transients
  • We do not operate any external databases for free tier users
